Customer satisfaction survey

In order to continuously improve its services in order to best meet the expectations of airlines in terms of slot allocation at the coordinated airports of the Kingdom of Morocco, Moroccan Slots Coordinator has launched its annual satisfaction survey "Customers" during the period from April to June 2019.

The airlines consulted are the scheduled airlines that were involved in the initial coordination process of the Summer 2019 season at the coordinated CMN and RBA airports; are 34 airlines.

The results of the survey show that the airlines are, in general, satisfied or very satisfied with the various routes identified as part of the services provided by Moroccan Slots Coordinator.

The average score awarded for the overall assessment of the benefits of Moroccan Slots Coordinator is 9.3 / 10 higher than the 2018 score of 0.4 points with 79% of airlines giving ratings greater than or equal to 9/10; 14 points more than in 2018
